Have a question about building codes or the code development process? The staff person assigned to your state provides all technical assistance related to codes and standards development and your state and local codes adoptions. Your liaison can:
- Answer technical questions about codes or standards
- Provide technical resources and research related to codes and standards
- Assist with state and local code adoptions and suggested code amendments
- Provide cost estimates for code changes
- Educate members about the International Code Council’s code development process and cdpACCESS platform
- Provide a list of the jurisdictions registered with ICC and validated voters in your state
- Assist with state and local legislation related to codes and standards
