Registration is now open for NAHB’s annual membership drive. With exciting prize opportunities for participating home builders associations (HBAs) and the chance to open doors for industry colleagues, now is your time to help recruit.

From April 1 to June 30, members of local HBAs across the nation participate in the drive by reaching out to coworkers, colleagues and friends in the industry to promote the numerous benefits of membership. Whether they want to save money on business expenses, improve their skills with NAHB’s industry-leading education resources or network with more people in the industry, members can receive a significant return on their investment.

  • Member-Exclusive Savings - The NAHB Member Savings Program offers exclusive deals with popular vendors, saving NAHB members more than $40 million last year. NAHB recently announced RAM Professional, Mercedes-Benz USA, Microsoft Office and Hertz have joined the savings program lineup. Learn more.
  • Targeted Education - Membership unlocks discounts on instructor-led courses and webinars that cover a range of topics, including business management, building technology, housing economics and strategic marketing. New education bundles allow members to claim even more savings on popular courses, such as this four-course marketing bundle.
  • Economic Insight - Members have access to industry research and analysis from NAHB experts. Early this year, NAHB launched the interactive State and Local Data Dashboard to report the latest demographic, macroeconomic and housing market data. In addition, Industry Forecasts and the monthly National Update keep members informed about housing industry conditions.
  • Networking Opportunities - With more than 140,000 members worldwide, there are always opportunities to expand your network with NAHB. Catching up with local builders at HBA meetings, attending the annual International Builders’ Show (IBS), and participating in councils and committees are some of the best ways to build business.
  • Supporting Top Priorities - Each membership helps NAHB have a stronger voice when advocating for top priorities including workforce development, managing material costs, eliminating regulatory roadblocks and more. NAHB’s 10-Point Housing Plan outlines more ways the association is working to reduce homeownership costs and strengthen the industry.

NAHB is once again offering local HBAs that meet recruitment goals during the drive free Expo+Education passes and travel stipends for one or two members to attend the 2026 IBS in Orlando. New this year, NAHB will provide a free T-shirt to the first 1,000 new members and the member who recruited them during the drive.

A free pass to IBS opens the door to the home building industry’s premier annual event, where tens of thousands of attendees meet with vendors, network with colleagues and attend educational sessions.

Participating HBAs must register by March 31. For more information and to register, visit the Membership Drive page. (Member login required.)
