In preparation for the 2025 Legislative Conference on June 11 in Washington, D.C., NAHB members are encouraged to register to attend a live webinar on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at noon ET to learn more about the key issues to discuss with their legislators.

The Issues Briefing webinar will feature NAHB policy experts who will provide members with the most impactful and timely information on the housing industry’s challenges. These high-priority topics will include strategies to address:

  • Renewal of tax laws which will help consumers and businesses
  • Reversing a disastrous energy code policy that places homeownership out of reach for families
  • Easing the chronic workforce shortage by gaining co-sponsors for the CONSTRUCTS Act in both the House and Senate

In addition to the webinar, the NAHB Government Affairs team has compiled resources on nahb.org for members to help ensure their Legislative Conference meetings are a success. These tools include U.S. Senate and House directories, lobbying tips and template meeting invitations.

Registration is required to attend the briefing. A recording of the webinar will be available on nahb.org.
