Understanding the New Federal Overtime Rule
June 26 | 1 p.m. ET

On April 26, 2024 the U.S. Department of Labor issued a final rule that significantly raises the salary threshold for determining overtime pay eligibility for certain salaried employees. Starting July 1, employees performing executive, administrative or professional work and earning less than the new salary level of $43,888 will be eligible for overtime pay. This threshold will further increase to $58,656 on January 1, 2024. Join this webinar to learn more about the final rule, the new salary levels, and how your business can ensure compliance.
