Project Statement

Icon Buckhead (IB), the second Atlanta property from famed developer Related Group (Related), showcases the company’s legendary attention to detail, while serving as a blueprint for other luxury rentals to follow. Developed from the ground up as part of Related’s premier “Icon” brand, IB combines the luxury and exclusivity of high-end condominiums with the convenience and flexibility of rental properties.

The tower’s luxurious approach perfectly complements a neighborhood that’s come to be known as the “Beverly Hills of the South,” with every aspect — including design, amenities and location — tailored to captivate wealthy renters by choice. Featuring architecture from the renowned Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates, IB soars at 420 feet tall and flaunts a unique structural fin that graces the upper floors of the high-rise.
