Project Statement

The diverse mixed-use program draws an eclectic group of people day and night, seven days a week. And at its core resides NOVEL Midtown — a living experience in the heart of the coveted retail, fine dining and exciting nightlife of Tampa. Through meticulous design and programming, NOVEL Midtown takes the social energy and casual sophistication that is inherent in the Midtown master plan and brings it to life for residents.
