Thermador Grows Its Footprint of In-Person and Virtual Experience & Design Centers
Thermador is welcoming builders, designers and consumers alike to experience their innovative product collections in person at any one of their flagship showrooms located in Irvine, Calif., Chicago, New York City, Toronto, Montreal and now Miami. New locations are opening soon in Houston and Washington, D.C. with more locations to follow. For those not near those markets, the brand also offers virtual appointments to engage in the showroom experience online.
The Experience & Design Centers are an immersive resource for Thermador appliance education, innovative project solutions and creative collaboration. Here, trade professionals and their clients will have the opportunity to engage in personalized consultations with our seasoned experts. Showroom consultants will help visitors explore their vision and work together to identify the appliance package that best suits their design project.
Thermador also provides comprehensive training to empower trade members with the knowledge and expertise to confidently recommend appliance selections to clients.

Thermador offers personalized tours where visitors can meet one-on-one with expert team members to ask questions and receive guidance throughout the decision-making process.
Visitors can explore the craftsmanship behind every Thermador appliance and learn how advanced product innovations enhance everyday life. Guests have the opportunity to interact with the full range of Thermador products and get inspired by complete kitchen vignettes, while also building their appliance suite through the Thermador Gift With Purchase Program.
The Experience & Design Centers aim to help visitors make informed decisions on their kitchen designs, providing recommendations for authorized dealers when they are ready to purchase.
Newest Experience & Design Center Opens in Miami
Located in the heart of the Miami Design District, the vibrant new Miami Experience & Design Center is an international hub of bespoke design, architecture, art, fashion and dining experiences. The new 8,000-square-foot flagship Experience & Design Center is atop the Design 41 luxury building, located at 112 NE 41st St. and boasts a 3,000-square-foot terrace overlooking the city.
Irvine
The Irvine location is the first and original Experience & Design Center, strategically situated near the BSH North American headquarters. This center serves as the primary hub for comprehensive product training sessions, offering a dedicated space where industry professionals can engage with the latest innovations and design concepts.
Chicago Experience & Design Center
Located in the heart of Chicago, a mecca for architecture and design in the U.S. the 7,400- square-foot Experience Design Center is on the first floor of the Mart at Luxe Home in Chicago’s historic Merchandise Mart. Twenty-foot ceilings and an abundance of natural light provided the foundation for the collaborative showroom.
New York Experience & Design Center
Tour the Thermador Experience & Design Center on the 7th floor of the A&D Building, located at 150 East 58th St., New York’s best address for kitchen, bath and fine furnishings.
More Locations Coming Soon
Houston will soon be home to an Experience & Design Center from BSH Home Appliances Corporation. Scheduled to open in late 2024, the 14,847-square-foot facility will feature innovative Thermador home appliances, fully built-out kitchen vignettes showcasing the latest design trends, live kitchens for interactive cooking sessions, entertaining space and more. This must-see destination will be located at 1703-1751 Post Oak Blvd. near the Galleria.
An immersive Experience & Design Center is expected to open in Washington, D.C. also in 2024. The new 7,125-square-foot BSH location will be housed on the ground floor of 950 New York Ave. within the CityCenterDC complex.
