Advocates for cost-effective building codes, regulations and federal legislation.

Helps members minimize risks.

Provides NAHB members with assistance and resources to operate safe job sites.

Plans and oversees all aspects of the International Builders’ Show and other special events.

Creates strategic alliances that educate builders on policies and issues related to custom homes.

Educates NAHB members on the importance of design trends and solutions to optimize home sales.

Develops, manages and evaluates all NAHB education programs including designations, e-learning, workshops and more.

Monitors federal and state legislative proposals on environmental issues and provides guidance to stakeholders.

Monitors federal issues affecting the industry, and develops and communicates associated policy.

Grows international membership, facilitates networking and enables educational opportunities.

Examines a broad range of issues relating to housing loan programs and the nation’s financial institutions.

Develops and promotes high-quality and cost-effective land development practices, programs and resources.

Oversees financial and strategic assistance in litigation and other legal matters of significance to the housing industry.

Directs membership development and retention strategies, and supports the efforts of state and local associations.

Oversees the policies, use and promotion of NAHB’s administrative headquarters.

Oversees the election of all the elective offices of the Board of Directors, including the Senior Officers.
