International Builders’ Show

Member Benefits

The NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) is the largest annual light construction show in the world. The three-day event connects and educates home building professionals by showcasing the latest products, engaging construction demos, insightful education sessions, and valuable networking opportunities.

During the event, attendees have the opportunity to attend any of more than 120 education sessions. The variety of formal classes and informal learning opportunities offer attendees new ideas, information, tips and techniques they can implement into their business immediately.

The IBS education programs cover a broad range of housing industry topics including economic trends, business opportunities and new markets, technology, high-performance building, sales and marketing, construction methods, business management, legal issues, government regulation, architecture, design, community planning and more.

What's on the Exhibit Floor?

In addition to its numerous education sessions, IBS is the nation’s largest annual residential construction exhibition for manufacturers and suppliers of home building products and services. Spanning more than 700,000 square feet during the 2025 Builders' Show, the exhibit floor provides an expansive environment where attendees can see and learn about cutting-edge products from more than 1,800 exhibitors.

Since 2014, IBS has co-located with the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s Kitchen & Bath Industry Show® (KBIS), creating a mega-event called Design and Construction Week® (DCW). All registered IBS attendees have access to the exhibit floors of both shows. Together, the shows consistently draw a growing number of attendees and exhibitors; in 2025, total attendance of DCW surpassed 130,000.
