NAHB Announces 2024 Best in American Living Awards Winners

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) announced the winners of the 2024 Best in American Living™ Awards (BALA) during the NAHB International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas. The awards are sponsored by SMEG.

In addition to home design, the 2024 BALA categories included multifamily housing, offsite construction and remodeling. With more than 600 gold and silver winners, these residential housing professionals have redefined excellence for homes and communities nationally and internationally.

“BALA expanded its portfolio of honors this year, as reflected by the impressive projects, firms and individuals honored across the housing industry at this year’s event,” said Angela Visbeen with Visbeen Architects in Grand Rapids, Mich., and NAHB’s 2024 Judging Chair. “We continue to celebrate all the myriad ways today’s housing professionals redefine design excellence in all aspects of home building.”
