Coventry Log Homes Unveils Three New Models

Coventry Log Homes, offers an array of designs and models, from small hunting cabins in the woods to mansions up on mountains tops. Within the last year, Coventry Log Homes has launched three brand new models — Willow, Ammonoosuc and Farmhouse, — bringing its total models to more than 100. The Willow and Farmhouse models are both Adirondack-style homes, while the Ammonoosuc is a fully log home.

An Adirondack, or “hybrid,” home system comprises a mix of building materials: timber, logs, stone, drywall etc. Adirondack style homes feature a rugged timber frame roof and loft system. The large, exposed beams become a focal point of the home and creates the “cabin feel” that so many desire. Consumers can mix and match exterior siding and interior wall options too, for the exact look, feel and budget they have in mind.

Willow

The Willow is our first model under our Adirondack style. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 961 square feet of living space within a 21-by-30-foot footprint. A covered porch on the front of the home welcomes you in to the open first floor with a main-level bedroom and bathroom, and designated laundry, closet, and pantry space! The upstairs include a primary suite and open loft, which looks out on the beautiful cathedral ceiling and exposed beams.

Ammonoosuc

The Ammonoosuc model has the quintessential log cabin look. This one-story living arrangement is perfect for a family, but the two same-size bedrooms could also be converted for other options. The pocket doors throughout provide clean, efficient space, so walls are unobstructed by swingout doors. There are plenty of closets: one at each entry and one in each bedroom. The primary suite takes up one end of the home for private getaway luxury. But the separate walled-in entry from the back with laundry space will be appreciated by all members of the home. Family and friends will also enjoy the full-length covered porch.

Farmhouse

The Farmhouse model is an Adirondack-style home that features 1,616 square feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and single-story living — perfect for a first home or a retirement home. The Farmhouse is full of character, with a large, covered porch on the front as well as a covered porch directly off the primary bedroom.

This well-crafted plan has designated closets in each bedroom, a walk-in closet in the primary bedroom, as well as a designated pantry, laundry, and mudroom. An open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area leaves plenty of space for entertainment and family, with direct and easy access to outside. Coventry Log Homes uses kiln-dried eastern white pine as a responsible green choice for both the environment and the consumer. Its logs are held to a strict standard of quality, and all its log homes qualify for ENERGY STAR Five Plus Star ratings. All of its logs are also pre-cut, lettered and numbered at its factory exactly to your plan, including all corners, window and door openings, and gable logs.

Coventry Log Homes also uses top-quality finishing materials, such as Andersen windows and patio doors, Therma-Tru fiberglass entry doors, and solid pre-hung six-panel pine interior doors.
