Join us as we explore the former home of Marjorie Merriweather Post, former businesswoman, socialite, philanthropist and daughter of C. W. Post, owner of the General Foods corporation. After touring the estate and gardens, the group will have lunch together in the Merriweather café, followed by time to explore the gift shop and the two special exhibitions: Marjorie Merriweather Post’s Paris and Fragile Beauty: Art of the Ocean. Cost for this event includes transportation, docent led private tours, and lunch.
The tour will depart from the Marriott Marquis DC. Final activity details will be emailed a week prior to the activity to registered participants.
