This year’s awards program will be part of the Best in American Living™ Awards (BALA), the building industry’s premier residential design award, which will also feature the Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards, highlighting innovative developments, financing and design, and superior management and marketing in apartments and condos; and the Remodeling Awards, recognizing the best in craftsmanship, innovation and excellence in remodeling projects.

The Offsite Construction Awards recognize the best in systems-built construction through the following programs:

• Best in American Living Awards: Spotlights design excellence for homes and communities, including categories specific for residential projects built with offsite construction.
• The Nationals: NAHB’s national awards program for the best in new-home sales and marketing. Individuals interested in submitting sales and marketing projects that highlight the best in systems-built housing are encouraged to enter The Nationals.
