The Conexus Home was developed as an effort to rethink how homes are made, purchased and lived in. Unlike other modular homes, Conexus Homes are delivered complete with finishes, fixtures and appliances. The one-bedroom home is 13.5-feet wide, which allows it to fit easily onto a single, standard flat-bed truck. It can be transported anywhere in the country and assembled in a matter of hours. The company’s CLiC system allows expansion of the home into two-bedroom or three-bedroom layouts and any matter of custom designs.
The home is designed to be a place that can help restore a sense of peace and comfort. Upgrades use fully recycled materials, solar and off-the-grid packages, and efficient fixtures and appliances to create a home that is intrinsically sustainable. The home can be customized to meet a family’s specific needs, including integrations of healthcare technology that grows with the family, and smarthome technologies that make the home supportive of human health and wellbeing.
