This home was designed to fit on a compact lot with panoramic views. The customer was looking to design something sleek and modern that would also fit well within the surroundings. They had a tight budget and decided to go with a panelized home package to take advantage of the cost savings.

Sustainability was also important to this customer, so the fact that off-site construction is a more sustainable way to build was important to them.

This package took approximately one week to produce, and the home was set and in the dried-in stage in approximately 12 days. Then the subcontractors came through for each of the remaining items.
