One Precision Assemblies (OPA) is an airtight and weatherproofed shell solution adaptable to all residential single-family designs. The shell is panelized and prefabricated in factory within one to two weeks, and meticulously raised on the job-site by CertainTeed’s team within one or two days. Elements of the panels includes framing, sheathing, insulation, weatherproofing wrap and membrane, windows and exterior finishing.
