2020 Remodeler of the Year

Alan Archuleta is the 2020 NAHB Remodeler of the Year. He founded Archuleta builders more than 12 years ago, serving his clients throughout the New Jersey suburbs of New York City. The company specializes in major remodeling projects in the $300,000 to $600,000 price range, in addition to smaller kitchens, baths and basements projects. Alan is active with his local HBA, and serves as Second Vice Chair of the NAHB Remodelers Board of Trustees. He is also active in the Executive Association of New Jersey. Since 2016, Alan has earned six professional designations from NAHB: Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Graduate Associate (CGA), Certified Graduate Builder (CGB), Certified Green Professional (CGP), Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) and Graduate Master Builder (GMB).
